7:03 pm: Jharkhand Drinking and Sanitation Minister Jai Prakash
Bhai Patel defeats BJP’s Kumar Mahesh Singh by over 7,000 votes from
Mandu seat.
Former minister and JMM’s Joba Manjhi wins the Manoharpur (ST) seat
defeating her nearest rival BJP’s Gurucharan Naik by over 17,000 votes.
Disaster Management Minister Mannan Malick (Congress) has lost to BJP’s
Raj Sinha by over 52,000 votes from the Dhanbad constituency.
6:50 pm: Former Jharkhand Chief Minister Babulal Marandi (JVM-P)
loses to CPI (ML-Liberation) candidate Raj Kumar Yadav in Dhanwar by
10,712 votes.
